These terms govern your use of Shelf Draw on iPhone. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
A shelf, not a prize
Shelf Draw draws one boxed figure and lets you place it on a shelf you choose. The draw does not award money, credits, or any other prize, and nothing in the app can be purchased.
Your collection
- Figures, shelves, and placements are stored only on your device and belong to you.
- Sample shelves are starting data. You can change or delete them on the device.
- Delete All Data in Settings removes the collection permanently. It cannot be restored.
Licence
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices permitted by the App Store terms. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law allows it.
Price
The current version is free and has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for loss of local data. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and changes
You may stop using and delete the app at any time. We may update or discontinue it and may revise these terms. The effective date above identifies the current version.
Apple terms
Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.
